2. A consumer is a private person who buys a product for the purpose of meeting individual needs, and not for the purpose of performing professional activity.

TOPLO d.o.o. publishes content on the site in good faith. You use all the contents of the site exclusively at your own risk and TOPLO d.o.o. cannot be held liable for any damage caused by use.

Instructions for online shopping

Register to be able to order products. Registration is done by filling out the Registration Form;
When you find the product you want to order, click on its thumbnail or name next to the thumbnail to enter the detailed view page or the "Add to Cart" button if you want to buy immediately;
On the details page, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart;
A page with the contents of the basket will be displayed. Click the "Order" button;
You will be shown an order form. Fill out the form and click the "Continue ordering" button;
You will see a page with order details. Check and confirm order details. Then click the "Confirm Order" button to place the order;
Your purchase order has been successfully created. If the ordered goods are available and ready for the realization of our cooperation, our operator will contact you within no more than one working day from the moment of receipt of the purchase order to check the correctness of your data and confirm the purchase order. The current status of your order is pending. You can check the status of your order through your account on the site.

On the TOPLO SHOP website, it is possible to make a purchase as a guest-without registration. You can select this option when you click on the cart, after which you will be asked if you want to register or buy as a guest.
 Prices

All prices listed on the site are final on the day of the order and include VAT. All prices are given in dinars.

After concluding the order on the site, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. This email contains your information, which you left when ordering. Only after the delivery of the confirmation by TOPLO SHOP to the consumer's mail, the sales contract is considered concluded. In case we are not able to confirm the order and conclude the contract, you will be notified.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for possible informative presentation of prices in other currencies.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction.

As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.

TOPLO d.o.o. strives to describe all products as accurately as possible.

Also, TOPLO d.o.o. does not warrant that all product or image information provided is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If the product you bought deviates from the data listed on the site, you can return it in an unused condition with the complete documentation that came with it within 15 days from the day of delivery of the product, and we will refund your money.

The images published on the TOPLO SHOP website sometimes include the product environment so that the consumer has a more realistic picture of what the device looks like after installation. Built-in appliances are sold without panels (fronts) that are an integral part of the furniture, and the consumer subsequently fits it into his interior.

The availability of the device shown on the website may differ from the stock status in retail outlets. Exact stock status, ie. availability can be determined by checking with employees via email or social networks.

Delivery

Products that you order via the Internet can be delivered through courier services with which TOPLO d.o.o. cooperates, and you pay for them when you pick up cash or when ordering via account or payment card via the Internet: DINA, MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, For more information on the method of payment, see the section: Methods of payment

Delivery is made via courier service; delivery costs are taken by the buyer and they depend on the dimensions and weight of the shipment.

On the product page, beside the price, availability of the product is clearly indicated. If the product is available for purchase, the possible markings are "in stock" or "out of stock". The ordered product / products that were marked "in stock" at the time of ordering will be delivered to you within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of order confirmation by TOPLO d.o.o. , while for the product / products that were marked "out of stock" at the time of ordering, the maximum delivery time will be 45 working days. If the customer has ordered a product / products marked "in stock" during one purchase, as well as the product / products "from the supplier", he will receive two notifications regarding the confirmation of the order due to different delivery deadlines. Along with the notification to the buyer by e-mail, the contract on distance selling, the form for withdrawal from the contract and the rights and obligations of the buyers will also arrive.

In the event of extraordinary circumstances, which completely prevent delivery, you will be notified via the contact information you gave us when ordering the product. The consumer has no right to delay the delivery for more than 15 calendar days from the date of ordering, ie 1 time, free of charge. If the delivery is delayed longer than the specified deadline, or if TOPLO d.o.o. stores the products, the Consumer is obliged to pay a fee of 1 euro (in dinars at the middle exchange rate of the NBS) per day for each individual piece of product that is stored.

When receiving the product delivered by the courier service with two executors, the Consumer is obliged to unpack and visually inspect the product with the persons who deliver the product, in order to make sure that there is physical damage. If there is physical damage, the Consumer has the right to refuse to accept the product. Upon delivery, the products are brought into the facility at the customer's address over the threshold, and lowered to a place where they can be unpacked and visually inspected.

When receiving products delivered by the courier service with one executor, they are not inspected on the spot, but the consumer has 24 hours to file a complaint to the courier service.

Access to the place of delivery must be adequate to the dimensions of the packaged product. Wherever access is not possible, delivery is made to the first free point (in the case of products delivered by a courier service with two executors, unpacking and visual inspection of the device is performed at that point).

Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance and outside the business premises within 15 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product, without giving a reason.

The consumer exercises the right to timely withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form or a special e-mail which timely announces his withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises.

The consumer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 15 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of the period of 15 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form, the product can no longer be returned. The costs of returning the goods in case of withdrawal are borne by the consumer. The goods are returned to the address listed on the withdrawal form.

It is possible to return only products that are undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation (warranty card, instructions, etc.).

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The consumer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the goods that arise as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The percentage of damage is determined by an authorized person in TOPLO d.o.o. and the amount returned to the consumer is reduced by a determined percentage. If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer to such an extent that the product can no longer be sold, a refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.

In case of legal withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer without delay the amount paid by the buyer on the basis of the contract, and no later than 14 days from the day when he received the withdrawal form. The Seller may defer the refund until it receives the returned goods, or until the Buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever comes first.

In the case of return of goods and return of funds to the buyer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards via the Internet, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, TOPLO d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, make a refund to the cardholders account. In case of cash payment, the cash is returned to the consumer.
